Our Story
"वक़्त बदला,

In the winter of 1952, a young man named Ram Prasad set up a brass kadhai on a quiet lane in Patna. He had two things: his mother's recipes, and a stubborn refusal to use anything but the purest desi ghee. People started calling him "Dada Ji" before he was even old enough to be one.
Seventy-two years later, his grandchildren still wake up before dawn to roast the besan, still hand-press every Thekua, still grind the masala on the same kind of stone he used. The shop has grown. The recipe hasn't.
We don't add preservatives because our great-grandmother didn't. We don't shortcut the slow-cook because that's where the magic lives. And we ship the same care across India that we used to walk to the corner of the lane.

Peedhiyon pehle hamare buzurgon ne ek vaada kiya tha — kabhi ingredients mein compromise nahi karenge. Aaj unki agli peedhiyan wahi vaada nibha rahi hain, usi rasoi se, usi dil se.
